Social Media Manager

Description of the Position.
At SIAB Global, our customers are at the core of everything we do, and we’re committed to providing them with top-notch service. We’re searching for a Social Media Manager who is passionate about social media marketing, including advertisement and content development.
Our Social Media Manager will:
- Run company social media advertising campaigns.
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and unique written and visual content.
- Grow our social media presence.
- Monitor our brands and customer engagement on social media.
- Build relationships with relevant influencers.
- Manage our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Respond to general comments on each of our accounts, and internally escalate issues.
- Oversee customer service provided via social media.
- Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Coach employees company-wide on content creation best practices.
- Take ownership over the quality and results of the work and make an effort to improve.
- Work with a highly driven team that is supportive, collaborative, and dedicated to excellence in every aspect of the business.
- At times, take on special long or short-term projects.
This Social Media Manager opportunity is a permanent full-time employee position, which will be paid a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
No travel is required.
Social Media Manager Qualifications.
- Excellent understanding of social media KPIs as they relate to engagement and advertising.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Experience developing a marketing plan, including social media strategies.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
Other Requirements.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (e.g., Business) and a minimum two (2) years of work experience in social media marketing or advertising.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, upbeat, professional attitude.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Eagerness and ability to identify administrative and procedural challenges and suggest corresponding solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
