Data Analyst

We leverage our in-house data analytics expertise to drive our exponential year-over-year growth. In addition, we develop SaaS solutions that make organizations and businesses more profitable and efficient.

Description of the Position.

At SIAB Global, our customers are at the core of everything we do, and we’re committed to providing them with top-notch service. In support of this goal, we’re searching for a Data Analyst who is passionate about gathering data, organizing it, and using it to reach meaningful conclusions. This function is central to our business and the services we provide our customers.

Our Data Analyst will:

• Analyze data using statistical methods.
• Create reports to share findings and recommendations with the internal team.
• Create statistical models that illustrate program or company-wide trends.
• Perform testing and validation of data sets.
• Determine the meaning of data and explain how various teams and management can leverage it to improve and streamline their processes.
• Document structures and types of business data.
• Provide recommendations to resolve business problems and improve business processes.
• Support teams across the company with relevant data and insightful analyses.
• Clearly and concisely summarize and develop data to inform decision making.
• Develop new and maintain datasets from various databases.
• Take ownership over the quality and results of the work and make an effort to improve.
• Work with a highly driven team that is supportive, collaborative, and dedicated to excellence in every aspect of the business.
• At times, take on special long or short-term projects.

This Data Analyst opportunity is a permanent full-time employee position, which will be paid a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

No travel is required.

Data Analyst Qualifications.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience in coding in either R or Python.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods in testing.
• Ability to identify useful information in data sets and suggest conclusions that support decision making.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience with various business intelligence, analytical, and visualization tools.
• Understanding of data gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling/diagramming techniques.
• Thorough attention to detail.
• Willingness to solve complicated problems.
• Ability maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.

Other Requirements.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, information technology, or other related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst or other relevant role.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, upbeat, professional attitude.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Eagerness and ability to identify administrative and procedural challenges and suggest corresponding solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
